Roles & Responsibilities of RRC Staff
To effectively discharge their duties and responsibilities entrusted/required under the scheme, all the RRCs are expected to have appropriate technical competence. Each RRC will have a dedicated team of staff who will exclusively work on RRC issues within the umbrella of the parent organization. It is recommended that the RRC team should be headed by an RRC Coordinator, a Training Coordinator, and two Programme Associates (one for Finance and Administration background and the other for information technology capacity to develop and maintain a database for program implementation).
Honorary Project Director
RRC has dedicated staff to implement the activities. Chief Executive has designated one senior officer to work as Honorary Project Director to coordinate, review and provide regular feedback to GOI.
Program Associate
The role of the Program Associate is to provide technical support , coordinate and review the project in Bihar and Chhattisgarh
RRC Coordinator
The RRC Coordinator will have the overall responsibility to provide strategic direction to the RRC and BPC (Best Practice Centre) teams, for ensuring the effectiveness of RRC as a capacity building mechanism. The RRC team will function within the framework of the parent organization.
RRC Training Coordinator
The training coordinator is responsible for all the training and ensuring quality of other capacity building measures undertaken in the specific RRC.
Project Associates
a) Project Associate (Information Services)
The Project Associate (IS) works closely with the Training Coordinator and RRC coordinator and manage all the resource centre activities.
b) Project Associate (Finance & Administration)
The Project Associate (F and A) provides all the administrative support to the RRC team under the guidance of the RRC coordinator.
